Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CleanVivio LLC ("CleanVivio," "we," "us") governing your use of our website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
CleanVivio provides software for cleaning businesses, including scheduling and dispatch, client management, invoicing, payments, team and employee portals, review requests, analytics, and optional text messaging. Features may vary by plan and may change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
3. Free trial, pricing, and billing
- Free trial: new accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
- Founding member pricing: the first 200 businesses receive founding rates locked in for three years, for as long as the subscription remains active. If you cancel, you may rejoin later at the then-current standard rate.
- Subscriptions and add-ons: paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Optional add-ons, such as SMS messaging, are billed in addition to your plan at the rates shown at the time of purchase.
- Payment processing: subscription and client payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. You agree to their terms. Fees charged by payment providers are separate from your CleanVivio subscription.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with advance notice. Changes will not affect locked founding rates for eligible accounts.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You own the information you and your clients put into the Service ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to use it, including the right to store client information and contact clients.
As a cleaning business, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including licensing, insurance, employment and worker classification, tax, consumer protection, and privacy laws. CleanVivio provides software, not legal, tax, or employment advice, and is not a party to your agreements with your clients or workers.
5. Text messaging (SMS) terms

You are responsible for the content of messages you send. We may suspend messaging if we believe it is being used improperly.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify CleanVivio against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your messages to clients or team members, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your account poses a security or legal risk. After termination, we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, and you can request an export of your data before then by contacting us.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
